Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is a discount of 30% off Best Available Rate per room, on a room only basis.
2. There is no minimum stay duration required in order to qualify for this offer.
3. Offer is valid for standard room types only. Executive Rooms are not included.
4. Full pre–payment is required at the time of booking.
5. Offer is subject to availability at participating Ramada properties throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A list of participating properties can be found above.
6. Offer does not include additional items such as meals, room service, telephone charges, mini bar, parking etc. which must be paid directly at the hotel (if taken). Local taxes, service charges and any other local fees may apply in addition to the advertised rate.
7. To qualify for this offer, bookings must be made between Thursday 31 May 2012 and Friday 13 July 2012 either using the booking form above or by phone quoting the code "SP4".
8. Stays must take place (beginning and ending) between Thursday 14 June 2012 and Friday 28 September 2012. Availability of dates vary from hotel to hotel and exclusions apply.
9. Bookings are non–cancellable, non–refundable and non–transferable. Bookings cannot be modified.
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages, e.g. advance purchase.
11. Offer applies to new bookings only and is not available retrospectively.
12. Only bookings for this promotion made directly through the promoter's website or call centre are eligible for Wyndham Rewards points.
